The Oz Club auction has to main purposes:
1) to provide members with the opportunity to enhance their personal collections in a private setting – our own conventions -- insulated from global competition found in public auctions and the open market.
2) to raise money to pay Club expenses.
The International Wizard of Oz Club has been determined to be a 501(c)(3) educational organization. That means the value of materials donated to the Club is deductible in accordance with IRS policies.
