The Wizard of Oz Days festival kicks off with the Gingham Gala Friday night Oct. 21 on the Mark Twain Riverboat with a buffet, Oz auction, and entertainment. The evening event is now sold out, but Saturday (10am-5pm) the 22nd is also filled with Oz fun at the Mark Twain Cave Complex in Hannibal, Missouri. Puppets, contests, vendors and more for the whole family.
Judy Garland’s son Joe Luft is a special guest at the gala, along with actress Alison Arngrim, who played Nellie Olson on Little House on the Prairie. Saturday admission is just $3.
