This edition comes with an informative introduction by Ruth Berman, as well as a handy categorization of the contents, an answer to the puzzles, and an additional poem about the other Handy Mandy!

Although not considered a “Borderlands of Oz” book, this first collection contains some stories that fit within the larger Ozian mythology as listed on The Royal Timeline of Oz.
