The Borrowing Artist of Ix

Dennis Anfuso and Alan Lindsay make their case that illustrator Henry L. Miller borrowed character designs from Frederick Richardson’s Queen Zixi of Ix (1905) illustrations to create his own illustrations for James Ball-Naylor’s Dicky Delightful in Rainbowland (1909).
